Something about the way Sara Bareilles sings… it moves me…nearly kills me in that moment I’m listening to her. I envy music and artists who have that gift. I want to be able to do that. make you stop and listen, barely breathing so you can hear it better. make one person feel something, anything…enough to inspire someone else to inspire someone else…

BUT WHAT DO YOU CARE ABOUT HOW I LIVE MY LIFE? GET OVER TRYING TO “FIX” ME, AND WORRY ABOUT YOUR OWN PROBLEMS.
If I’m happy, don’t create something because you don’t like the way I live. Live your life your way, I’ll live mine, mine. I couldn’t be prouder to say that I’m a dreamer, a musician, someone who lives and speaks from my heart, someone who’s stubborn, set in my way, sometimes ignorant. Maybe it IS intentional. Ever think of that?

I won’t apologize for being me. I won’t change to cater to your needs. I won’t feel bad about doing what I have to do to make me happy. I won’t minimize myself for anyone. I won’t ask myself to be someone I’m not. I won’t let you make me feel small. I won’t let you control me. I won’t let YOU dictate MY life. I will make my life, my way. I will be happy MY way. I will succeed in which ever way I choose to succeed. My life belongs to me. And it’s time I realize that and get on with it!
